Gladewood Commons is getting ready to open its first house in Chattanooga. Leave your name and email, and we’ll tell you when tours open.

Private rooms will run $850–$1,100 a month and shared rooms $550–$650, all-inclusive: electricity, water, sewer, gas, trash, fiber Wi-Fi, and the in-house washer and dryer. Income from work, retirement, SSI, SSDI, VA disability, housing vouchers, and agency subsidies is considered on equal footing, and management reviews every application.

What happens next

1. We add you to the list. That’s it for now; we don’t send newsletters.
2. When our first house opens for tours, we email you once (and text you, if you ask us to).
3. If you like what you see, you apply. Management reviews all applications and gets back to you within 2–3 business days once your ID, proof of income, and references are submitted.
