This guide is written by Gladewood Commons. We’re an independent, all-inclusive co-living housing rental company in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We’ll rent furnished rooms in shared houses, and we provide housing only; our For Case Managers page spells out the full scope. We’re getting ready to open our first house; until then, this guide is the clearest picture of how it will work.
